Your title work is ordered in a timely manner and processed and sent out as soon as it is received. You will not need to worry about waiting days for a preliminary statement or a response to an email, we make sure to respond to each inquiry same day it is received.

Do you find yourself having a last minute showing and the Buyer is curious what the closing costs would look like? Or do you have an open house planned on Sunday and would like a preliminary statement available to show potential clients? How about a listing appointment and the Seller is wondering what they could net at closing? No worries at all, even on weekends, we monitor our emails to be available whenever we are needed. Here at Bee's Title we truly value our clients and want to make your closing experience feels like you are part of our family. We offer mobile closings from Miami to Port Saint Lucie in addition to early morning and after hour closings. We understand that your schedule can be tough to navigate so while most title companies work only until 5pm, we do whatever we can to get the file closed, even if that means an 8pm signing! 

We also offer non-traditional closings where you do not need to come to our office to sign, we can come to you! How great would it be to do the final walk through, then directly after you sign your closing documents and walk away with your new keys! As long as the kitchen has a counter for us to sign on (😉), we can accommodate a true "mobile" closing.
